The Opportunity: 

You'll own the platforms and shared capabilities that power Rauland's product ecosystem, enabling innovation across multiple products and teams. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll shape product strategy, guide investment decisions and drive the delivery of scalable solutions that create lasting value for customers and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring shared capabilities align with business objectives and product priorities.

· Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to successfully deliver product initiatives from concept to launch.

· Prioritise product investments and roadmap initiatives by balancing customer needs, business objectives, innovation opportunities, and technical considerations.

About you:

You're an enterprise-focused Product Manager with a passion for building scalable platform capabilities, influencing strategic outcomes and enabling business growth through technology.

You’ll bring: 

• Experience developing and executing technical product strategy and roadmaps.

• Deep understanding of platform architecture, governance, scalability and technical product management principles.

• Ability to translate business objectives into platform investments, product priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts and drive alignment across business and technology teams.

• Experience managing products and services across AI, Data, Cloud or Cybersecurity domains.
