As Project Operations Manager, you'll be accountable for the performance, governance and commercial success of a substantial healthcare technology project portfolio across NSW and ACT.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of Project Managers, Site Leaders and Delivery professionals, you'll bring visibility, structure and rhythm to a portfolio of complex projects while ensuring strong customer outcomes, sustainable financial performance and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Delivering project portfolio performance across revenue, margin, forecasting, customer outcomes and delivery excellence.

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers and Delivery professionals.

• Driving governance, commercial discipline and proactive risk management across a complex portfolio.

• Building capability, accountability and a high-performance culture founded on collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Strengthening resource planning, utilisation and operational efficiency across the territory.

• Building trusted relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

• Driving forecasting accuracy, project visibility and portfolio reporting excellence.

• Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure projects are set up for successful delivery from day one.

• Improving systems, processes and ways of working to support future growth and scalability.

• Contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen delivery performance and customer value.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an accomplished project operations or delivery leader with a proven ability to lead and influence people, build high-performing teams and deliver sustained commercial and operational success.

You'll bring:

• Demonstrated success leading complex project portfolios within healthcare technology, systems integration, ICT infrastructure, building automation, security technology, smart buildings or similar delivery environments.

• Proven experience coaching, motivating and developing high-performing project and operational teams.

• Strong commercial acumen across forecasting, revenue, margin management, governance and project risk.

• A track record of delivering complex projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and commercial outcomes.

• Executive presence and credibility engaging customers, consultants, contractors and senior stakeholders.

• The ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence outcomes at all levels.

• Experience operating within dynamic, evolving businesses where growth, change and adaptability are essential.

• A collaborative leadership style that balances accountability, performance and people development.
