Change Manager - Service Now

Ready to lead real change, not just support it?

We’re looking for a hands-on Change Manager for 12 months to drive the migration to ServiceNow across Rauland ANZ. Based in North Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Customer Service, you’ll lead the transition from multiple systems (SAP B1, CoreSuite) into a single, streamlined platform.

This isn’t just a system rollout. It’s a shift in how people work.

You’ll navigate parallel runs, simplify processes and lead the cultural change needed to move teams from fragmented ways of working to one connected, efficient environment. Working closely with leaders, SMEs and partners, you’ll ensure ~80 users are ready, confident and fully onboard.

What you bring

  • Proven change delivery in system implementation or migration projects

  • Experience managing adoption during parallel runs or complex transitions

  • Strong training, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Background in enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, ITSM, CRM, ERP)

  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach to making change land
