We're looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Analyst to help power our sales performance across Australia and New Zealand.
Reporting to the General Manager – Customer Experience, you'll be the driving force behind CRM governance, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and sales process optimisation. Working closely with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve operational discipline and ensure our teams have the tools, processes and reporting they need to succeed.

What you bring
5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics or a similar role.
Strong experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SugarCRM or equivalent.
Proven ability to analyse sales and CRM data to generate actionable business insights.
Experience improving sales processes, reporting and forecasting practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions.
Advanced reporting, dashboard development and analytical capability.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
