We're looking for a commercially minded Estimator to play a critical role in supporting business growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with Sales, Projects, Service, Technology Delivery and Finance, you'll develop accurate, competitive and commercially sound estimates that support successful bids, tenders, proposals and customer outcomes. You'll combine analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration and commercial awareness to ensure our opportunities are positioned for success from the outset.

What you bring

• Experience preparing estimates for bids, tenders, proposals and quotes.

• Background in engineering, construction, technology, infrastructure or a similar environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost drivers, risks and opportunities.

• Commercial acumen and an understanding of pricing, margins and business outcomes.

• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver successful submissions.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Experience using CRM and estimating tools to support forecasting and opportunity management.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
